Shrove Tuesday.
On shrove Tuesday Miss B gave us pancakes with whipped cream and golden syrup and we all got to have 3 each. We also learned what the British people do on Shrove Tuesday. On Shrove Tuesday the women run down the street with a pancake in their frying pans and they flip it 3 times before they can cross the finish line. The people of the United Kingdom celebrate Shrove Tuesday because Shrove Tuesday is the day before Lent begins.
